Acrylic, plaster, and epoxy on Sintra, in steel frame. 16 x 38 inches 2012

In 2012, I revisited my earlier Corrugators process, but I built my own wavy surface by carving wet acrylic and plaster with a serrated squeegee. Layers of pigmented acrylic fluid were then applied, and finally a layer of epoxy to seal the work. All of these works are set in a custom built steel frame — a rugged contrast to the delicate color gradations of the painting.
